Since the establishment of Matshelo Logistics, we have worked tirelessly to be recognised as the front-runner in the development of sustainable transformation at all levels of our organisation.
With transformation an essential part of the group’s strategy, our B-BBEE policies have been developed to ensure that measurable progress is made towards genuine black economic empowerment and our approach is broad-based and holistic – aiming to embed B-BBEE as a way of working across all areas of activity. Our approach is intrinsically collaborative and the business works together with all of our stakeholders – customers, partners, suppliers and the public sector.
Our most recent certification – issued in December 2016 – represents a significant milestone for our transformation efforts. Matshelo Logistics proudly obtained certification as a Level 1 BBBEE company, which continue to translate into significant benefits for our valuable clients doing business with us and help them to move forward in terms of their BEE status.
